What other locations had RIFs? Heard there were RIFs in CCB as well.
They paying around 2-4 weeks severance per year of employment maxing at 52. I Can collect in 1 lump sum after 45 day notice period ends. Then they pay out vacation too.
Have fun at the office su-kers!
Any home lending?
March 26 - massive RIF’s 100+ in HR and 1500+ in the US. Told it is not performance but reorganization. RIF conversations occurred without notice and put on calendars with maybe an hours notice.
RIF'ed party here - I was a FT WFH employee from day one and yes the period of notice was the standard 45 days nothing more.
As one of the parties who was RIF'ed today - they gave the standard 45 day notice period - there was no June option.
Some, if not all agility leads (I know of at least 3 on the samr team) in CCB operations were notified today of the 45 days. This was at Polaris.
Man that su-ks. But getting 2 months notice and then severance is not the worst way to get laid off. Good luck
Does it seem like they're specifically targeting the WFH people?
Others were given 45 days. Severance in early to mid-May.
Coworker of mine just got laid off this morning. Given 6 weeks before last day, based in Delaware
June is amazing, usually just 45 days notice
Which location?
Don’t have many details except someone was RIF’d today who has been here 20+ years and severance starts in June.
Please provide more details.
