They’re in meetings discussing this now.
They are doing layoffs in a different way. They just won't hire to replace the people that leave. If they do hire anyone it will be cheap labor in Mexico and India.
right, and just as bad...positions that need to be filled are getting filled with internal transfers (thus avoiding the need to open a new rec)
our talent pipeline is a recycling bin; our teams are being composed by aged lifers who volunteer to be transferred around

They even said on the check in promo video today about "hybrid" work being defined as being between humans and AI. So it will be continuous.
