With such a thin team, I am now taking on 2 roles due to lack of head count. Same pay of course. Double the work. Collaboration! And we were told another team member will leave in the next season. Squeeze me more please !

More like, existing work, and the work the other people were doing, just gets done slower. You can only spread people so wide and thin. The responsibilities those other folks had didn't magically disappear when they were let go. My team has been reduced by more than half, yet the work hasn't been reduced. I know teams that have been cut 75% in the last two years. Trying to get anything from them is next to impossible because they just don't have the bandwidth. But go ahead and be a snarky little sh!te.
Why aren't you proactively looking for new employment? You need to put that first if you are really working that hard and no pay increase.
