How do we lay off lazy team leads that just hide in their cars?

Team leads in my area are a joke. They argue every morning with our manager which is another loser. They just make it a hostile work environment every morning. No one wants to say anything cause they will just be ridiculed and treated as a problem.
Have the Lazy Lead's car towed.
They will be in the headlines again. It never fail.
The company will always be on the leads side. If in the future you have any real plausible law breaking going on reach out to an outside entity. Everything in a corporation is set in place to allow to manipulate things in favor of the company.
If you record the lazy Team Lead sitting in their car all day. Use a time stamp in video then post the video on YouTube.
The ethics department exists to prevent the company from being sued. Anything you go to ethics with will immediately be communicated to your manager and it’s likely that your manager will lay you off at the first opportunity.
Unless you filing a complaint about s-xual harassment or racism, you will likely be terminated for complaining to ethics about the company.
ethics department a joke. managers allowed timecard fraud on our military project. workers put 56-70 hours on their cost-plus timecard. 2-hour lunches, 2-hour dinners, working out in the gym, taking online college courses, trading stocks, looking for wife on dating service, looking at na--d women pictures on the airforce computer, working on vacation photo album, planning next vacation, sometimes not even in the office and put time on timecard. put 56 hours a week on timecard but not working for months. coming in at 6am, take 2 hour lunch, leave at 4pm 4 days a week. that is working 4-8s but putting down 4-10s. BA ethics department farcical. disgusting. no wonder defense projects balloon out of budget. tax payers deserve better.
Turn it over to ethics. Come on man quit with the jokes. Boeing has no ethics period. I watched a guy go home for 4hours in an 8 hour shift on the clock . Manager say I can do zero about it. At ethics he yells racism and walk out the door. No time off no action taken. I seen people sleep for a whole shift on the clock and 80 percent disabled. Boeing is a joke
and manages after they shopped paying over time stopped working. The larger social club in the PNW
