When is the next cull, next week ?

in the cases we seen, not even was the manager aware that they had employee being cut. They may have ranked them at one time, but did not know when the layoff was happening. They found out the same day the employee was let go.
Lol people that aren't affected don't receive emails
The next cull us already in progress. Everyone that is not affected received an email already.
