I and countless others who had been with the company for upwards of 8-10 years were laid off. All of us were top performers, and given no reason whatsoever for the decision other than we were "not a good fit" for Paycom anymore.
As I've told countless others, but failed to take the advice myself, this is a good job for 1-2 years. If you're not promoted by that time, look for another job. You cannot count on it for anything. It's literally their model to bring in employees, then scrutinize them more and more the longer they are their. They see tenured employees as "stagnant" and overpaid. If you're not in leadership, you are fully expendable.
