Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Reminder on the Pulse Survey - Give poor scores!

Remember to take the pulse survey and give super low scores so your leadership gets sc--wed as much as they sc--wed you on the bonus!

Especially with open enrollment coming up and how they going to penalize us if we don’t go get certain procedures and vaccines - such a crock of bologna

I've taken these surveys for many years and have been very harsh these past few years without any retaliation.

Our team presents them in department meetings. I've watched them spin the negatives so their egos aren't bruised.

For years, yes over 10 years, I've always scored these things accordingly and spoke my mind- I haven't been laid off yet! I don't know why they keep doing them- I heartily agree that nothing ever comes from them. Maybe I'll get lucky this time and finally get laid off!

The survey is meant to measure engagement and whether employees care about the company. The best response to get action is not to respond. The leadership only brags about participation stats, not solved issues stats. Save the time and skip it. Taking a dump is better use of your minutes.

Seriously, If you have a boss who is demanding, asking you to fulfill their goal and not your own...do it.

You can be laid off regardless. Plenty of people's friends relatives and significant others looking for a Jon.

Again if you have not started looking start.
No one's pet project or ego is worth your sanity or the chance to make more money.

They are sending this our before layoffs. Just like in the fall sent these out and then 2 weeks later layoffs. They did something similar in 2023 also....

@ag+1jq5n9e8a It’s not about whether things will change… it’s about making our VPs and SVPs miserable having to go through countless meetings with HR pretending they care and pretending they’re doing to do something to get better! May not actually get better, but at least we get to deliver a little Khama in the form of annoyance to the a--holes who ruin our lives the rest of the year!

Why? It won't do any good....never has and never will!! Why bother wasting your time completing it when nothing changes??
