If I stay at ExxonMobil will I end up bald (stress), fat (tiredness) or both (stressed out and tired)?

Fat is up to you, we’re not all fat here.
Bald is genetic, out of your hands.
Tired - you choose how to spend your time outside of work, if you stay up binging shows or drinking too much or whatever yeah you’ll be tired, choose a reasonable bedtime and stick to it.
But stressed absolutely yes.
This company can definitely sc--w you up mentally, emotionally and physically. I went bald, got fat and went crazy. Ive been in therapy for years and I’ve been hitting the gym hard as well to finally undo it all. I’m absolutely EAGER to by “unemployed” 1/1/28.

You forgot crazy mental case. Exxon can mess you up. I was off on vacation a few weeks ago. I have never been so relaxed and calm. Every time I am away from this he-l it is paradise. I know why now employees leave asap at 55. Your sanity and health is worth more than exxon can pay.
