Synder vs UHG bet this will be another opportunity for UHG to retaliate. 69 million for the settlement of mismanaging employees 401 k. People will start getting settlement emails and or letters.

I left in 2019 and received a postcard in the mail.
So if I understand this. Correctly. You don’t even need to do anything to be part of the class action case then.
Email came to my personal email. I already checked and I am not invested in that stock but if they're sending me an email, I'll take your itty bitty payout. Anything to help the company to lose money.
After the attorneys are done there will be about $2 for each employee dont spend it all at once
I received this same email on this Monday I left United Healthcare in Jan 2025 for another job. My email says this below:

Would the email be sent to your personal email? I received something about this there Monday but wasn’t sure if it relates to me.
The settlement is not fake. UHG did mismanaged the 4O1k. There has been a settlement in the class action lawsuit that was bought against UHG by K Synder . And they are going to send notice of class action settlement if you are going on receive money. There are about 300000 employees both those employed and or laid off , fired etc. those that had Wells Fargo target funds will be getting a settlement. U will get it despite if I agree or not with the settlement. The judge will take or listen to your 2 cents if u want to say something. For those who don’t keep informed about all the bad things this company does , well keep living under a rock.

I remember seeing the default option for 401k be that insanely high fee and poor performing WF TGT fund and raising my eyebrows and going wtf
