Funny thing is it's the hybrids on my team that are complaining about not getting a raise and/or not getting the full bonus. I'm full remote, andright in the middle of the pack foe my team aa far as the performance metrics go. I got full bonus and a 3% raise that doesn't even offset inflation let alone cover the added cost of RTO. I'll keep working from home until they terminate me.

I'm surprised the prix aren't hitting folks with pay cuts based on phony 'compensation studies' at this point. They really stink.
My award letter states the pay goes into effectar 29th (US).
