Its major panic time for them. They are scrambling back and forth trying to figure out how to save themselves from the scrutiny of the eyes of the board and try to recoup some of that money lost. Expedited mandates are now given with stern messages of “fix it all or else”, “make no mistakes or else” ,“cause no outages or else but hurry up and get it all done”.
We’ve all been there. Increase the workload, shorten the staff and lessen the deadlines. So what are the chances of making a mistake and then deal with the “or else”. Be careful. Scapegoats will be found.
