Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

I'm so tired of losing people

I'm so tired of losing people. Between layoffs, people quitting, and some even being fired recently (for no good reason, from what I could see), we’re down so many people that it’s hard to get anything done. Does nobody here realize that there’s a point where things will just stop getting done if this keeps up?

It depends on Dell's plan. I think they are trying to push it in a major manner to see if it breaks. They'll check sales and that will be the determining factor. It's just a guess.

Dell is downsizing and I am feeling the effects of having a lack of skilled help. Nevermind skilled help, people that used to handle processes in the background are no longer in place. Then, it falls on whomever is left to solve things that aren't really in their wheelhouse.
