Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Hey corporate marketing team,

Can you please let everyone know how much money you’ve spent, what it was on, who approved it and what Fiserv received because of that expense?

You can’t count ridiculous ads, commercials and other nonsense starring yourselves.l

I think our marketing and communications team has an obligation to explain themselves. At least do it on fuel.

You people are a drag on our company.

Ask anyone in any other org their opinion on how easy it is to get comms and brand resources to do their jobs, serve a client, meet a revenue-driven need…it’s a 3 month wait time at best, with 30 planning calls with as many of their team members as possible because they all do 1/4 of a real job, and when you submit whatever required information is needed, there is inevitably another new team member in place who has no idea or historical context of the company or product and who is working from home and talking about how important SBSW or the SuperBowl profiles were for the company while the onus is on the poor working stiff sales or relationship manager to justify why they need an ad or marketing asset done on a client’s timeline. It’s insanity. That team isn’t being led by the same standards, in office expectations aren’t the same, performance, and there is no adherence to budget constraint as other BUs are expected to do. Hopefully the receipts will come due and we can move on.

A group of fraudsters with a completely different agenda than promoting Fiserv.

The team spent an immense amount of time faux reviewing the money spent during her last townhall, but the numbers do not make sense. In one area it mentions X has been spent (very low dollar amount) and in the fine print, there are HUGE dollar amounts that were glossed over, not mentioned or explained and missed by most unless you watched the recap and paused your screen. Ppt was also not shared.

What wasn't mentioned was the cost for Lady Luck aka The Spice Lady aka the CHIEF Empowerment Officer aka TB or the sponsorship cost for SXSW.
