I'm seeing old processes that had skilled people are now staffed with people that aren't knowledgeable and are using the AI Chat tool for answers.
I used to feel like that until I took a page out of our leadership Big Book of Leadership and stopped caring. I am looking for alternatives but it the meantime monkey sees monkey does.
