I’ve finally had enough of pointless metrics and being gaslit by management… I know it’s been their goal to make it so painful you want to leave - it’s working. Who here thinks remotes are safe, or is this just the slow march to an eventual WFR across the board?

Long commutes, packed parking lots, and uninspiring work conditions day after day, it’s wearing me down. This isn’t who I am. I’m stuck in a career that feels meaningless, and the frustration is starting to speak louder than my motivation. Sound familiar?
It truly has nothing to do with remote versus on site at this point. They are cutting people from both sides, just like last year.
Maybe someday they will force all the remotes to move or quit, but this time around, it’s not really a factor.
Just ask your manager to be added to the list
well, I got no raise this year and remotes got both bonus and raise so I call BS on this whole remotes will be gone soon talk. They're making out okay.
Who cares
If you have had enough, leave.
I am hoping for a voluntary separation package offer. If they are offering remote relocation, they should be offering this.
