Manager, Manager-ii, Sr manager, Director, Sr director, VP, SVP, EVP.
Do you really need big hierarchy get rid off any one from manager-ii and reduce beurocracy to move project at fast pace.
This ladder don't even use 100 keys from their keyboard wasting company revenue. Get rid off big ladder smaller is better and move faster. TU don't need big manager ladder cut them off.

Venkat can't do that, he mind as fire himself. He actually needs some of those folks or he wouldn't be able to do his job. Plus they are ladder moves no actual promotions behind that. Those are just titles so manager can move on to other companies and still can't manage.
