when poster says (correctly) anyone else would have been fired immediately...ethics instead of trolling posts why don't you go ask anyone who attended one of Fridays with Frank?

HR might watch here and on other social, but they don’t own those sites and can’t delete posts. They can only report post if it’s illegal or breaks rules. If it does, mods will take it down.

So, keep it chill, avoid f-bombs, personal insults, or name-dropping non-execs. Criticize management’s work, not their looks. Play it smart, and your post should be fine.

im just giving a different perspective about the 40% vs your missing bonus. i’m not trying to brag. but think about it like this. senior leaderships comp is heavily dependent on stock..not the bonus. so, when i saw this emphasized a lot and with the layoffs i bought a bunch of stock.. probably too much. but i made plenty bc up 40%. so, they don’t care about you or your bonus. they care about their own bonus which is stock driven. hope that opens up your eyes. so, though i’m an employee i made it out very well without bonus. the writing is on the wall.. just need to be smart enough to read it.

I wonder how much Fiserv pays for these folks to come in with there "oh i made 40% comments" in every thread...... Is that a per thread cost or per comment or what? Is this where my bonus money went for "not meeting all our company goals" ?
