It will. And it will determine who to fire and LR too. CY26 for sure but I expect they test things late '25.

There are a few parts to performance, ability, drive, opportunity and metrics among them. At Cisco the second two destroy the first two. AI trained on that behavior is just going to optimize for it so you'll ultimately spend 100% of your development budget on bug fixing.
That AI model will be written by someone in HR with 3 lines if friend or family then promotion else error
