How are we still able to attract talent? Do people not research companies before they join?

It's a decent place if you are not too ambitious. Good work life balance. Decent pay(not comparable with FANG ofcourse).
That is exactly how I feel about using Juniper products. Why anyone would select Juniper is beyond me.
