What the he-l is going on with the people at HR? Cases closed with no outreach, missing W2s, condescending attitude. I don’t know what’s worse–if the call goes to offshore or the states at this point. Have gotten a terrible attitude from both.

After last months layoffs, no one in the US remains for level 2 IT support
Well they aren't even company employees anymore and probably don't speak English much less in this country. Kinda like the "Helpless" Desk folks. They read from their little quick tips sheet and then forward on to someone who actually has IT experience and SOMETIMES live in the country.
The Employee Center has also been outsourced, so we are getting their "flawless" Customer Service.
HR is to protect the company, not the employee
