I don't understand how all of us could work in the office before and no one complained about it??? Before the pandemic, did you hear someone complaining about working from the office and not from home? I didn't.

US Senators in the South also don't understand why people are now intolerant of slavery. Let's be honest, the American culture has supported the oppression of Native Tribes and then the abduction of Africans. Today that's no longer acceptable. That's progress.
Progress requires change. Change in the Henry Ford mindset that has ruled American business is long overdue. Employees are not your assets. They are people with rights.
If you don't understand why a refusal to RTO is real progress, then you are one of the fearful cowards that continues to post support for Krause and his cronies. Get lost, dude
Yeah, I never heard anybody ever complain about have to drag themselves to an office every day. No, nobody ever thought that about their jobs. Everyone was absolutely thrilled to get up early and commute to work, and nobody cared about all the family time they missed. It was considered to be an honor and a privilege to go to work, and when the day came that that had to retire, they actually wept because they would miss the office so much.
People didn't complain... they just asked their manager for a partly schedule.
I have been working from home for years and I don't intend to start going into an office now...
We didn´t hear much complaints over horse and carriage before the automobile..... It´s called evolution. Try it.
I complained about it before the pandemic. I'm complaining about it now.
Inside sales never got to work from home. People always complained they wanted to work at home.
Considering I've been at Citrix over 10 years and hardly ever worked in the office, I don't see your point. The teams I've been on have been hybrid or completely remote for the entire time I've been employed here. No need to complain when working in the office was never a "thing."
Also, Krause's RTO edict flies in the face of his actions. They're looking to close offices. What are those people going to do? Move to Florida? Move to India? Be remote? HE IS LYING THROUGH HIS TEETH. He's a creep and a liar and a bad human being. I could use stronger words but this isn't the place.
Hi Tom! How are your layoffs going?
How pathetic are you that you come here to try and push the company BS. I feel sorry for you.
Now people are smart enough to question exactly why they need to be in an office, and in most cases, there is no good reason. Krause can lie about it all he wants, but the evidence is not on his side.
Really? You don't understand that people discovered a much better work-life balance working from home, and companies realized that the employees were happier and healthier and just as productive? It was a cultural byproduct of the pandemic.
Some of the most successful companies in America are keeping WFH. What do they know that Krause doesn't? (A lot.)
