- Inferior Architecture teams (Server, Xeon, Atom etc).LOL and bloated org w brown nosing Senior PEs!
- NEX, NXNE (Sachin Katti, Srinivas Lingam's org)has layout "technicians (glorified)" and pure "non-technical" managers as PEs, Senior PEs. Fellows doing grade 8/9 work! Go figure! They can't handle being Director or Senior Director and so they become these technical track zombies who can't get a job outside Intel and survive by nepot$sm and brown-nosing. 2 grade demotion or 50% shd be let go.
- IFS is full of arrogant unskilled "engineers". 50% can get let go.
- Chandler Packaging teams are bloated org. 50% can be let go.
- TMG/TD/CPU Oregon teams are the most arrogant, egotistical Orgs! 50% shd b let go!
- NEX/NXNE Austin has the most inflated grade10+ compared to revenue in Intel! Most shd get demoted or let go!
- Sell off Mobileye, Folsom, Allentown, NEX, NXNE, Chandler etc.
- Reduce H1B hiring by 90%!
Nobody wants Intel expensive, complicated fab process. The TD/TMG/IFS shd be disbanded to save Intel name! Layoff all the grade10+ and have grade 7/8 take over and that will save billions!
