Imagine having been in grade for 8, 9, 10 years, busting your butt and finally getting 'promo ready', and then you get it - but so does anyone else in the same role with a heart beat.
What about folks that got a promo or were hired just over 12 months ago - double promo time.
Imagine how the other orgs in Cisco are now going to view CX?
