Anyone else find Holden's townhall today a little unhinged?
Mainly, what does pointing out that the site leadership is 50% women and that Citi provides more benefits to women than any other employer in N. Ireland have to do with someone asking a question about childcare affordability and lack of support/benefits in this remit.
Citi should get rid of Peter Holden period! We need new generation of leadership in Belfast.

And going on about ppl not doing enough days in the office, so it doesn’t matter that carparking is expensive!
