Thread regarding TransUnion layoffs

Take FTO, COMP DAYS and take care of you.

As a past employee. Take your FTO, take plenty of it. You work 60-70 hours a week. Be sure to take care of you, log off, comp day, make up a fake call in teams. I was part of many projects and I was abruptly laid off and what about those projects? Don't think they stopped or were delayed. Be like the leadership at TransUnion take your time off and disconnect as much as you can. That's how I look back with my career with TU, I should of took more me time. Take those long weekends, log off early in the day any day. Go to the gym, go for a walk, visit friends and family.

Second this. This company doesn’t care about you and never will. I take time in the middle of days and live my life

Excellent advice. I never worked hard at TU though after the last CEO left. I'm not the only one who gets the creeps when CC speaks.

Agreed. Don't ever feel guilty about taking FTO. Just take the time either it being comp time, flex time or breaks in general. Think about when we were all in the office and those smokers took ten 20 minute breaks per day. Required 37.5 hour per week that is the salary requirements. I always created fake meetings in teams, especially mid morning and afternoons. Gym time and pick up the kiddo time.
