And this with no thought to the lower grades as they are only bulk promoting 10 and 11? What about the excellent and hardworking 6 and 8's for example? What about those 12's who slugged away to get their promotion? Now Cisco is saying gaining 12 is not a big deal and we don't care about anyone under 10???
