Happening in all tech now. VPs and Directors spend 1-2 years at a company then move to the next gig. Then bring in all their buds from the past to fill positions. A bunch of folks moved to SFDC->Cisco, Cisco->PAN, or Cisco->Sumo-Logic, Cisco->Juniper, etc.
