To the poster whose leader has mentioned that you will absorb another team "mid-April," what team are you on or what sort of services do you provide?
Optum Technology is likely majority internally funded. However, idk specifics of all Optum Tech Departments.
My department is internally funded by UHC & Optum businesses. I won't say my department.
Any news on BH CM? The worker bees have been largely spared the last couple of years. Has luck run out?

I heard internally funded department / staff will be hit particularly hard with April RIF.
Everything is fine. Candy man took lots of selfies and tubs gave us heart signs at the all hands meeting. OT is just fine. It's all about feels. Who cares about actually accomplishing anything, as long as butterflies and happy thoughts, and Candy Man can fly around taking selfies everything is fine....
What type of department do you work in?
I haven't heard about a RIF however, that date does align with hints my leader has made about our team and how we will absorb another team "mid-april"
