work on the corporate side, my boss met with the “resiliency” team and has asked my coworkers and I to document all our processes. guess it’s time to start dusting off the resume.

Macys feels a lot like the federal government in so many ways..cuts, layoffs, retribution to those you do not like and favors and bonuses to the corporation types. Is this the human condition?
Sounds more like Business Continuity but Resiliency team has a certain ring to it. Yeah I agree and would start updating your resume sounds like cuts might be on the way.
Resiliency team? Only one I know of is a small team that handles crisis issues like wildfires, active sho-ter and business continuity. Where does the one you’re referencing report up to?
