I don’t think the issue is her per se but the lack of imagination with the marketing team itself. If she is the one with the latest creativity in marketing, such as the d-mb commercial, than yes, her as well.

The marketing team has/is/will not perform up to standards. It is obvious and nobody wants to address it.
Please take action before we spend the money moving them all to New Jersey.

Are you measuring how effective your marketing campaign has been? Or is this one of those "I'm just asking questions" type of campaigns?

I personally haven't been a fan of the internal creative. Not sure if she's responsible for the redesign of the HighSpot and FUEL sites, for example (everything's too boxy and bland).

That said, people need to leave this lady alone. I've yet to read any legitimate complaints that don't somehow touch on her race.

Of what I've seen of her at the company events, she seems fine to me. I truly don't understand the hate.

Terrible.
