Pbm Optum will not ever consider promotions or fair pay. If u look to to move to another position most likely they will block u. If u want to make crease ur career u will be blocked., that is how little they care. Move on and find another position cuz this company doesn’t care about their employees :) oh wait when we tell them what to do because of of phi breached they dont care they want us to show everyone’s data!

Everything has gone offshore. Give it a few more years and there will be no more US jobs. The Government is only focusing on bringing back manufacturing jobs to the US.

This isn't the first time I've heard employees there being blocked from moving to other departments! Every year its lucky if the employees get a 2% raise and promotions are next to impossible. They only allow 2 promotions per year in a org of almost 400 people. They don't care at all about client phi, even for incoming clients that go live later this year or clients that have no offshore support clauses in their contracts...they find every loophole they can for offshore staffing.
