Now is not the time to join Juniper. Stay away. They are actively PIPping out good employees to get rid of them, why would they want you?
Thanks for all the advices , decided not to take up the offer , they said they are unsure of applying for perm process immediately and will have to wait to see the outcome of the acquisition as stated by HR

@af+1jpqyta0y What role/dept? At the level of job, there as many junipers as there are managers. At the level of JNPR, it's a good company with good benefits, like tomorrow is a day off for us.
Also waiting on a package. Doing the bare. Got my next thing lined too. Glad to know I’m not alone

@af+1jpqyta0y If you got an offer you like you should take it. You’re getting a lot of ex employees (and about to be ex employees) who are just not happy. No job is perfect and most execs at most companies are under qualified and over paid. Juniper is no different than most other big companies.
I just finished the interviews for a role at JNPR . They are giving me the package I’m asking for plus stocks !? I’m worried reading these threads
