After so many reorganizations and layoffs, we've become the most unorganized company I've ever worked at. I'm pretty sure we're at the point where the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing. Trying to get anything done outside your own team is like pulling teeth. It's a joke, I swear.

This company would rather schedule meetings to talk about doing things than actually do things. The amount of "update" calls on my calendar is astounding.
been like that for over 7 years. nothing progressed. Arrogant leadership, CTO spent more time and energy at burning man than the entire year as technical leader. Sinking ship. Get ready, just a matter of time.
A rhetorical question, because nothing is getting done, for years, which is why the company has been shrinking in employees, customers, and stock price.
