Its probably too late for a Velo turn around story. A serious lack of product evolution over the last 3 years and a fixation on things like ECS meant the product isnt compelling. No one is buying into the Velo+Symantec stack either (like they didnt buy into CWS the first time). you can put all the AI references you want into fluff up story, but the age old saying is dont pi-s down my back and tell me its "Velo" Raining!

Velo is on the way out is true as no RSUs grants provided and it has to close the deal before June RSU vesting.
Being in the market for long time means offer is not good and expect major cuts to meet numbers.
