Hi there, I'm looking to speak to current and former Fiserv or First Data employees about Frank Bisignano's tenure at either company and how it impacted employees. Please drop me a line at branko@jacobin.com if you'd like to talk.

Just look at the the NLRB filings
The story starts with Frank being a whistle blower at JP Morgan by allowing Peter C access to high level executives. He fails up, takes over first data, runs it into the ground by shutting down offices and making central location. Fiserv buys out First data, further “monitoring software” gets placed on everyone’s computer, and Peter C is back oh once again. He fails up again, “somehow” becoming Fiserv CEO. Before he could implement 5 days a week (which we had many permanent remote and mostly 3 days a week in office prior to his arrival) Covid hits, everyone goes home and he immediately stops 401k matching. He compares his employees to McDonald’s workers and to drive that point home they now monitor badging in an out hours. Bought a building and forced everyone in even though they don’t have enough parking spaces. Tried every tactic to destroy company morale. Pays off magazines to get their name in publications in a good light, where any neutral party recognizes our failing execution. Again forcing people in destroying knowledge from all remote staff, trying to drive everyone away that works under him. Is more obsessed about ringing the stock market bell than having new sales. Relies on contracts being broken to generate any revenue over a new sale.
Signal?
Mandates, fear, ultimatums all compromise the crafted culture of Frank Bisignano. This is unequivocally validated by the reality of employees being fearful of replying. He's like a politician that manipulates his way to the top causing countless individuals harm while also harming long term revenue strategy in the name of the quick quarter revenue buck and then paints a rosy picture of being an experienced business "leader".
Meanwhile after he destroyed a company's culture, he's trying to motivate developers and engineers with sports analogies and paying for sports celebrities while internally demanding cost reductions and hiring freezes. It would be an interesting movie plot where Frank is finally exposed as the Italian Mafia villian.

The problem you will have getting replies here is a lack of trust. This company (Frank) suffers a lack of morals and compassion and is very underhanded in every way you can think of. Replying to you is a high risk for those still employed by the company!... and others not employed that received a severance because of the legal contract that had to be signed to get it. You have to swear not to sue or speak ill of the company or Fu(k Boy Frank or they will take back everything.
@cd+1jpqj0jxm check out jacobin.com - then you might comprehend the background of this
Ridiculous request. We hate this man! He's not a good leader and is full of himself. that's the story!!
Frank Bisignano is the best and perfect candidate. No one else even comes close. When it comes to the party leadership's goal of dismantling the government by removing all government employees, no one will be as effective as Frank. Without having to follow restrictions like union agreements, contractual obligations, or following the Constitution, Frank will be unstoppable!
When they write history books about these current events, Frank will be a prominent character.
All Americans are going to see how great Frank is!
Personally I would stay away from putting anything in writing or speaking to anyone
on the record. There is plenty of press and stories about FB heck there are thousands of comments on the thelayoff alone. It is only coming up now because of the confirmation hearing. He's going to be confirmed even if some of the dirt bubbles up during the hearing. Past and present Fiserv rank and file want him out of our lives anyway.
