Pathetic increments and bonus gone from next year. Only the puppies of incompetent leaders got huge equity grants and everyone else was left dry. On the other hand, new SAP brigade is getting their people left and right at huge salaries.. What a sh-t show !! No value of hard work, just how good you are at s@#king up counts !!!

This complete BS that he ran the procurement into the ground . Under her leadership sap procurement was the leader in every Quadrant and rescued Ariba the dying company in an outdated platform . Salva was given huge retention to stay back but he chose the opposite . Only mistake he did is hired Anju from coupa which is the true disaster . Talk to our customers and talk to industry leaders and sap exec board . They are trying to desperately to plug the hole left my Salva . The person who is talking about him running procurement into the ground at Sap is either someone who was let go from sap or somebody at coupa who no longer figures in the scheme of things . Talk to TB leadership . Talk to sap executive board and then you will understand how lucky Coupa is to have him and we will gladly take him back over fang and anju. It’s almost like the Luca doncic trade we stranded away a diamond for coal in from of anju and fang
Let me set the record straight . Stop spreading hate . The reality is she left because her former company had a non compete and she can’t work at coupa for a year . She lawyered up and on advice of her lawyer left . After a year she might come back. Without knowing the facts don’t create stress in the system . Work and be happy . No shut the fu-k up
