The senior leadership's continued insistence the company is financially healthy, that they have confidents in a plan that will work 'this time' is getting old and tired. So confident in the company but won't hire a CEO, the bonus is in the po---r, no promotions as promised again, and the capped 20% 'exceed expectation' associates get double the merit increase, 4% vs the 2% everyone else gets. WTF is that? Exceeds expectations are reserved to the associates up for a promotion. Doubling their merit then giving them another salary boost sometime this year is demotivating to those who work hard, go the extra mile but are not up for a promotion this year.
