Thread regarding Southern California Edison - SCE layoffs

Layoffs this week (March 21)... details?

So I understand there are layoffs this week, does anybody have info on whether that's Friday March 21 or sooner, which groups are impacted, whether there's a decent severance package coming with it, etc.?

I was laid off after 4+ years in billing. They rather have their slave labor stay (Info Sys) that sc--w up a lot of work, but just to save a buck it's A-OK. Bunch of sc-m.

I was layed off in March. Senior Engineer. About 80 engineers and project managers were let go after decades of employment. 35 years the most, 4 years the least years experience.

Several of us got laid off in HR April 2. Was done in a very cold manner by one of the business partners and one of the supervisors that should not even be working there in the first place! Please everyone who still working there watch your back and don't trust any higher ups as it's just about themselves. Especially the supervisor in HR.
