Baton Rouge. The refinery was a bad place to be 3-4 years ago.
BR
Favoritism above performance or hitting production targets.
All targets met, a chosen person gets credit.
All targets missed, a certain person protected and blame distributed according to politics. Impossible for a new person to thrive unless arrives with influential sponsorship protection that overshadows the local mafia.
Baton Rouge and Beaumont hands down! full of river people

Kinda funny, these responses.
Like toxicity comes from your co-workers, Office-style.
The toxicity is in the air and the ground around you.
BR and Baytown the worst I've researched and seen.
Even if you work in an office at these sites - BYO PPE.
Mask up, gloves on, hazmat gear if you got it.
Cause it ain't being monitored and you won't be 'covered.'

BRCP! Some Ops DHs are the most socially awkward, getting revenge for their teenage years types! Full spectrum during the hunger games!
I’ve worked at many, visited the rest and know people across many organizations. Baton Rouge has the most toxic culture. Why? Almost no new hires or transfers for their DH assignments from HQ actually want to be there. Everyone strives for attention to be the first one to reach exit velocity from “the academy.” Yeah, they actually call it that.

Baton Rouge
Singapore is definitely not toxic. Have you seen our layoff thread? Which other site’s workforce can collaborate this well to amass 600k views?
Annandale has to be the most toxic site, but its not manufacturing
