For real, can someone please share more? Whatever happens to sales is waiting for the rest of us a few months later… so we need to know.
Can anyone paste the email please?
Can someone share more details? Surprised something this notable isn’t getting more attention. Maybe it’s only gone out to a small number of people…
Phase 5 - bring in the fresh meat, get rid of the boomers

Relocate or get canned? Is that the future plan?
Nashville and Round Rock are the only options in the email to everyone who received it. They said MA and OK are not available as relocation offices.
By "services" are you referring to services sales or Professional Services?
Phase 1 was getting people back to the office. The eased it in with promises of 3 day hybrid, then changed it to 5 and widened the radius from the office to whom
It applies
Phase 2 is getting remotes to relocate or be let go
This has been the plan for over a year now
@a1+1jpmw1q9j - can you post the text of the email?
You would be an absolute fool to relocate for Dell.
I would sooner trust a gypsy used car salesman than Dell management.
@a1+1jpmw1q9j Is Nashville the closest office for you? (Basically wondering why Nashville.)
I received it. They are encouraging employees to move to Round Rock or Nashville by the first week of August. No dollar amounts were communicated and you need to complete a form to get additional details. It seems like they are really pushing employees to become on site employees. I feel that the next email that I will get will be an email letting me go because I didn’t want to relocate.
