Cargill acquisition of the ADM chocolate business was a masterclass in not doing any sort of due diligence.
Should never have bought this location from ADM. Facility was in very poor condition but business leaders didn't care - thought they could beat production employees to "make it work". Rest assured, Cargill has paid for this bad decision for the entire 10 years they owned it.
