Perhaps people should educate themselves on how corporations are structured?

CEO reports to the board which represents shareholders.
Shareholders must elect board members.
If you want to place blame, you can blame the large shareholders for letting the board do whatever it wants.
Isn't it up to the share holders and the board itself to clean up the board? I think CEO has little to no bearing. Its like expecting the Govt to self regulate. We wish it would happen on its own, but we must admit it is a fantasy.
