Funny how job postings still ask DEI questions like “What is your race?” or “Do you have a disability?” But don’t worry, they’re totally hiring the “best” white candidate.
Interesting article in the WSJ about Morgan Stanley’s DEI push. Basically it left no one happy. Black, LBBQT, White,Asian, men, women, all wondering if someone was hired because they were best for the job or checked the right boxes like our former VP.
Has Dell backed off on their quotas, which were just reverse s-xism and racism?
