Raises for Executives and Layoffs and Reduction in Forces for hundreds of Employees

This is economics of corporate America today.

Cardinal Health CEO Jason Hollar received a total compensation of nearly $25.7 million in fiscal year 2024, which included a $1.43 million salary, $20.6 million in stock awards, a $3.1 million bonus, and $463,532 in other compensation.
Here's a breakdown of Jason Hollar's compensation for fiscal year 2024:
Total Compensation: $25,650,709
Salary: $1,434,153
Bonus: $3,112,112
Stock Awards: $20,640,912
Other Compensation: $463,532
This included $438,175 worth of personal use of corporate aircraft.

I am guessing all the executive raises and bonuses must be paid for by the average employee losing their jobs. It is stated over 800 employees will be part of the 2025 reduction in force.

I used to love it at Cardinal but am so disgusted now that I can't wait to get out. I made more working part time in college than I am making now with this shell game of a company. It is disgusting the direction we are headed and it is unsustainable. How to destroy a great company in just a few years. Follow Jason Hollar and is minions for more tips!
