Thread regarding Waters Corp. layoffs

What are your motives?

Negative reviews can severely damage the revenue of any company. Bad reviews can reduce the customer's trust and damage the company's reputation. Customers do not like to buy from companies with bad reputations. Many bad reviews are challenging to fix and can be harmful to organizations.

Bad reviews bashing eh.

Waters invented the modern HPLC. YET just released the biggest debacle in the history of the industry.

170 million to develop. Ten years! And the outcome you say! Drum roll…. 10 percent to plan.

Seriously the LC department is a joke. Fire everyone involved that touched your alliance is…. And start from the top.

Ironically after this GCC person got called out for toxic positive reviews being spammed by InfoSys contractors, the reviews have abated. I wonder what OPs motives are now, knowing that WE know they are spamming Glassdoor weekly...

Simple. Waters just needs to stop being a sh*t company then.

Infosys spam poster detected, stop posting fake reviews on Glassdoor you’re not even actual waters employees. How much does gcc pay you for flooding the review page with fake reviews?

Whose motives are we talking about?

Shareholders will undoubtedly pay close attention to the negative employee reviews on Glassdoor and other platforms, and that’s when the true consequences for the current management will unfold. If shareholders fail to prioritize the well-being of employees, this management will unapologetically prioritize other interests instead. Holding the lowest employee satisfaction ratings in the industry is a significant concern and must not be overlooked.

All the negativity online could have easily been avoided if Waters had shown any interest in listening to feedback from their employees. Communication is a two way street, but that’s not how the company operates. Employees feel ignored, marginalized, and disrespected. I think universally the “motives” are to find an outlet for frustrations that have been boiling over for 5 years.

Tell the GCC to stop spamming fake 5 star reviews and maybe you'll see the bad reviews cut down a bit?

The current management is clearly prioritizing short-term profits over sustainable growth. They rarely communicate any long-term vision for the company or for the well-being of their employees. This lack of direction is concerning and undermines the potential for lasting success.
