The reason they don't assign seats is because:
- They don't have enough seats at all locations
- Seats would give you less stress and anxiety, knowing where to go everyday is a comfort they are denying you. They want employees miserable so they will quit and leadership doesn't have to pay a severance when you quit.
It's a layoff without payoff. It's miserable because they designed it to make you quit.
