We’ve been told there are “org changes” underway today that primarily affect CS&S Core pros in St. Louis. Has anyone been notified of these changes? Any ideas on how many folks are impacted by these changes?

They are ki-ling stl slowly
Anyone aware of any layoffs in SAM - or at Lone Tree location - last week?
Is STL at risk? I thought since we we're downsized instead of closed that we're off the chopping block. But it really feels like Schwab has no interest in investing in STL. They also made its sound in '23 like they originally planned to shut STL down.
The STL closure and layoffs were in plan for office downsize footprints since Aug. 2023 along with JC and other facilities.

During that time SCHW was affected by SVB chaos aftermath and initiated some steps to respond to board request and the W Street for stock drops. STL closure was evaluated and being delayed due to the importance to customers. Now the market is better and it should be saved from the cut but the plan still being carried out. This was sad and reflecting the poor planning. No, it is not to the STL staff but a planned execution but got delayed to now.
if visa worker , It is likely that they are on an H-1B visa with either fabricated experience or experience limited to a single project spanning a decade
Thank you , did not know it meant St. Louis.
Not sure if you're being sarcastic or not, but I'll assume not. The post is about lay-offs in the St. Louis, MO area.
What is STL?
Any news for Lone Tree Colorado?
Rumor has started that all phone core teams are being cut from STL as well
8 core managers, 1 director. All STL
I was just gonna post about this. Found out 9 sup/managers were fired due to reorg... terrifying for our stl location...
Many more org changes coming.
