Does anyone know why the medical UM nurses are non-exempt, while on the behavioral health UM side, we're still exempt from getting overtime?
I have already received a payout check from this, so I believe the matter is closed now. If you did not receive a check, then you probably were not included.
You can easily find out the answer to your question by calling the law firm that filed the lawsuit in 2023 and asking them your question. That's your best means of getting an accurate answer.
