Do we have any word on layoffs for Ohio? Specifically with regards to clinical staff? Our numbers don’t support the new projected caseloads. Wondering when we might expect our layoffs to roll out.

Then you are just here to ruffle feathers. Go away.
Any layoffs for landmark or optum at home?
Ranking is typically done at director or vp level (depending on title structure in your specific area) with perhaps some input from first or 2nd line managers. Then it's leaders above director/vp that decides how many from the bottom of the list are needed to meet the budget cutting goal that they were given from even further up the chain of command.
Expect smaller ones every Thursday and a big one in April. It is just expected at this point.
Post ID: @bw+1jpfnrj56- Thank you for the intel. How are employees marked to be let go? Is this decision made by our immediate managers or UHG leadership folks? Thank you!
@bw+1jpfnrj56, the "ranking" is that where youre told to make even top performers look like sh---y problematic underperforming employees so the company can justify the severance if it came down to it?
@bw+1jpfnrj56, what are they gonna do? "Retaliate" against you?
