Sacrificial Lamb

Has any employee been dismissed as the sacrificial lamb for not complying with hours in the office? Someone will be made an example of to strike fear in the hearts of those who are not following the rules. Dominoes will start to drop.

They are rewriting the flexibility policy to accommodate the full 8 hours.

My own manager has only managed 3 days in the office and one was a half day. I'd say as long as your doing better than that you're ok, at least as far as the rto policy goes.

Well, there's no minimum amount of days or hours required per the flexibility policy, so not sure how this would happen.

Feeling defensive much? Someone is not doing the needful.
